The Teddy Bear Talk Support website is being developed by Leeann Fu. It's a simple idea that Leeann came up with that is meant to be shared widely.

Teddy Bear Talk Support should be easy to implement with just about anyone. So, you can do it with people you already know. Or, to find other people you can do Teddy Bear Talk Support with, go to the Teddy Bear Signup: http://teddybearsignup.com. This signup includes "on-call" times when talkers can call in without having to arrange anything beforehand.
